DSP Tools, Inc. is an engineering company specializing in development of DSP-based hardware and software. Our designs typically include DSPs, FPGAs, a BUS interface, and high-speed A/D and/or D/A converters. We have designed for Biomedical, Direct TV, Test Equipment, Software Defined Radio, radio signal analysis and SIGINT (signals intelligence) applications. If custom design is unnecessary, we will survey the industry for an 'off-the-shelf ' solution to lower cost and provide a faster time-to-market solution.

We offer DSP software design, Windows device drivers and applications, and MATLAB software development.

We are very familiar with the latest TI DSP's, such as the C64xx family. Often our work includes both the development of DSP code and Windows device drivers and GUIs. We have developed software for radio communication signal analysis, demodulation, and protocol interpretation. Our software engineers are also hardware engineers, so they are efficient at debugging system problems.

We are a small Engineering Team consisting of personnel who have worked together for over 20 years. We have grown with the electronics industry and have kept current with state-of-the-art practices. Located near Washington DC, we have worked closely with many hi-tech Industries.

We have a state-of-the-art laboratory environment including test and measurement equipment, software development tools, printed circuit board layout, and rework facilities.

Our experiences include a wide assortment of prototype-to-market engineering efforts. Our team is equipped with all the necessary tools to provide finished working circuitry.
